Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment Project

This was a group project which was a market analysis of the Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment group.  The project examines the following marketing background and uses SWOT and Porter’s five forces to determine that the MLSE should be targeting a young male hockey fan that we named “Trevor”  through the  use of social media and contests.
